Noah Henderson
FOUNDER, EDUCATOR, HEAD ROASTER
In 2016, Noah got his start in coffee at Public Square Coffee, where he worked his way up to the position of barista, head trainer, quality control, and manager. Noah has been a coffee professional for nearly a decade, and took on the challenge of roasting 4 years ago.
His passion is creating the highest quality coffee, while maintaining an emphasis on education for employees and the customers alike. His goal is to create a community where not only fellow coffee professionals feel welcomed and inspired, but the average coffee consumer feels comfortable and passionate as well.

Damon Salazar
ROASTER & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Damon never planned to fall in love with coffee; he started out as a dishwasher at Public Square Coffee before deciding he wanted to try his hand at being a barista.
As he learned the complexities of coffee brewing and discovered the long journey that the plant takes to arrive in our cups, he dove head first into the world of coffee.
Damon has roasted coffee for 2 years now, with the aim of perfecting the craft before pursuing his goal as a green coffee buyer. He wants to be a world traveler, discovering the best coffees around, and form bonds with the wonderful people that grow it. Until then, Damon works tirelessly to sharpen his skills as a roaster and coffee professional.
Our training program, led by seasoned coffee professionals, focuses on building your team’s skills and efficiency. Included with every wholesale account, we cover everything from perfecting brewing techniques to streamlining workflows. The result? Confident, capable employees who craft exceptional coffee and keep your operation running smoothly.
