This class is designed for any homebrewers who want to improve their habits and deepen their knowledge of espresso or pour over coffee.

Home-brewing is frustrating. This in-depth class is designed for homebrewers who are trying expand their knowledge of coffee brewing science, and create cafe-quality coffee from the comfort of their homes.
We will cover extraction theory, address individual homebrewing concerns, and provide you with tools to tackle any issue you may encounter.

The class is 1.5 hours, which includes an in-depth view of pour over or espresso coffee brewing. You will leave with a printed and digital copy of the curriculum, as well as a few small gifts to kickstart your coffee journey!

This class is focused on improving your habits at home to create the best pour overs you can.
In the future, we plan to hold separate classes for aeropress, as well, to deepen the knowledge of brewers who use this method.

For this class, Noah Henderson, Public Square Coffee’s longtime manager and head trainer, is going to instruct the class.
Noah has worked in the specialty coffee industry for 8 years, starting as a barista, then manager, then roaster. Now, he roasts, trains, and consults for several cafes across the county.
