Probat UG22 (Kirsch+Mausser)

This is no mere coffee roaster, it’s a work of art. This Probat UG22 is an incredibly meticulously designed machine from the mid-20th century. But don’t let this roaster’s age fool you; a few years ago this Probat was handed off to the engineers at Kirsch + Mausser to be completely refurbished and rewired. In doing this, K+M were able to produce the most power and control possible, while still utilizing all of the superior hardware from the machine’s original build, half a century ago.
