What is 10K Coffee Lab?

Well, technically speaking, it’s a community space for coffee roasting and production. There are three roasters that members can rent, ranging from 2lbs batches, up to 36lbs batches. Additionally, there is a production area for roasters to package their coffee for their cafes or clients. As the name suggests, we also have a coffee lab equipped with everything a person would need to dial in and experiment with their coffee.

We don’t just provide a space for coffee production though; we thoughtfully source, ship, roast, label, and deliver coffee for other storefronts through our Private Labeling services.

Now, what is 10K Coffee Lab, really?

10K Coffee Lab is a space where all peoples are welcomed, all ideas treated equally, and failure is embraced with open arms. We are a community that celebrates success and failure, alike, because there is truly no better way to learn!

To us, nothing is more valuable than a collective built on the pillars of shared ideas, empathy, and perseverance.

As long as we have people willing to share their experiences, we will never stop growing in our collective knowledge and expertise. We believe that grace is vital to healthy working relationships, but also vital to the process of success. Grace for our own mistakes and the mistakes of others gives us the strength to take on whatever challenge we may endure next.
